Mrs. Ngov Vouchngim

Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Ngov Vouchngim, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer at PG DEVELOPMENT PLC (PG MFI) in July 2017. She manages and control day to day operation with sound and resilience. Regarding to her previous experience, she has not only been working in the financial sector but also has the various experience from private sector. Anyway, she had surpassed many role and responsibilities from various position. As for her personal background, she had attended Bachelor Degree of Management at National University of Management in 2006. In addition, she obtained her MBA in Public Administration from the Royal University Law and Economic in 2012.

Mrs. Im Chanda

Head of Loan Division

Mrs. Im Chanda, has been working as Head of Loan Division at PG DEVELOPMENT PLC. Regarding her previous experience, she used to work as Chief Cashier, and Acting Associate/ Operation Supervisor at FIRST COMMERCIAL BANK since 2009. After then she has joined PG DEVELOPMENT PLC as Head of Operating Division in 2017. According to the PG MFI requirement, she has been moved to Head of Loan Division in 2018 up to present. As for her personal background, she had attended Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking and Bachelor Degree English Literature. In addition, she has several training courses such as Leadership, Audit Function & Internal Control, Principle Knowledge of AML/CFT, Regulatory Compliance and so on.

Mr. Muong Pisot

Head of Compliance

Mr. Muong Pisot, has been working as Head of Compliance. He has been in Financial sector since 2012. The first working experience with Prime MF Microfinance Institution Ltd, was around 8 years. He commenced its first career there as credit officer in 2012. After three years later, He was promoted as Chief Credit Officer. Within 2 years he was promoted as Branch Manager. After then He had been promoted as Head of Internal Audit in 2017. Presently, he has been working as Head of Compliance in PG DEVELOPMENT PLC (PG MFI) since 2020. According to his educational background, he had attended Bachelor Degree of Banking and Finance since 2008. In addition, he has attended several training courses such as regulatory compliance, principle knowledge of AML/CFT, Practical Internal Audit and Fraud detection and prevention and public administration, etc.

Mr. Pho Sisowath

Head of Internal Audit

Mr. Pho Sisowath, was appointed as Head of Internal Audit at PG DEVELOPMENT Microfinance Plc. in December 2023. Before joining the PG DEVELOPMENT. He has 10 years of work experience in the microfinance institutions. He began his career in SAKAKRINPHEAP Microfinance Plc. for 7 years (2013 to 2020).Starting from the first position in Administration for 1 year, the position of Assistant Director of Operations for 2 years and the last position as Senior Internal Auditor of Finance 4 years. He then joined PRASETHPHEAP Finance Plc. for 2 years (2020 to 2022) as a Senior Internal Auditor and last position as Head of Internal Audit at MEKONG Micro insurance Plc for one year (2022 to 2023). He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Taxation in 2012. In addition, he attended several training courses, including leadership, internal control system And Audit sampling, Accounting practice, Auditing course, etc.

Mrs. Sam Leakhena

Accounting and Operation Supervisor

Mrs. Sam Leakhena, is Accounting and Operation Supervisor in PG DEVELOPMENT PLC. Before joined the PG MFI, she had worked at CRED FINANCE PLC as Senior Accounting for 3 years. After then she moved to PG DEVELOPMENT PLC as Accounting and Operation Supervisor in 2018 up to now. Regarding her Educational Background, she had attended Bachelor of Accounting at Vanda Institute. She has attended several training course such as Practical Accounting, Managing Accounting cycle and Financial Accounting Management.

Mr. Ros Cheanich

IT SUPERVISOR

Mr. Ros Cheanich, has been working as IT supervisor in PG DEVELOPMENT PLC. Before commenced business with PG MFI, he used to work as IT officer HONGYANG Group in 2012. Then he moved to work at TURBOTECH as NOC officer in 2018. After two years, he moved to PG DEVELOPMENT PLC as IT officer. In 2020, he has been promoted as IT Supervisor onward. His educational background was Bachelor Degree of Information and Economy since 2006. Anyway, he has attended several training courses such as VMware, Vcenter and MikroTik and Ubiquiti Unifi.

Miss Nget Sreynim

Human Resources and Administration Representative

Miss. Nget Sreynim was appointed as a Representative of Human Resources and Administration Department at PG Development PLC in March 2022. Prior to joining PG, she used to work in the import-export sector from 2007 to 2018. In addition, she used to work as a packaging supervisor and accounting assistant in an export company. After then, she had moved to a construction company in three years from 2018 to 2021, working as a human resources and administration assistant. For her personal education, she obtained a bachelor degree in management at the New Generation Khmer Institute.
